MO Integrations (Pty) Ltd ("MO Integrations", "we", "us") is a registered South African company (Reg: 2013/004784/07) with its principal place of business at 1st Floor, 61 Katherine Street, Sandton, 2196, South Africa.

We are an authorised Oracle University Partner, Microsoft Certified Training partner, CompTIA CTT+ provider, CertNexus Authorised Partner, and PECB Authorised Partner, providing IT training and ICT consulting services across South Africa and the African continent.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information in the following ways:

• Enquiry and contact forms: name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message.
• Student Hub registration: full name, email address, and a password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
• Course enrolment: enrolment dates, exam dates, and voucher information provided by MO Integrations staff.
• AI chat interactions: messages exchanged with the MO Assistant chat widget on our website. These conversations may be stored to improve our service and follow up on enquiries.
• Usage data: pages visited, time spent, and interactions within the Student Hub (flashcard progress, quiz attempts, study sessions). This data is used solely to personalise your learning experience.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically via our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to course enquiries and sales requests
• To manage your Student Hub account and course enrolments
• To send exam reminders and study notifications you have opted into
• To generate personalised AI-powered study tools (flashcards, practice exams, study plans)
• To improve our website, courses, and service quality
• To comply with South African law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (POPIA)

We process your personal information on the following lawful grounds under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA):

• Consent: where you have submitted an enquiry form or registered for an account
• Contractual necessity: where processing is required to deliver training services you have purchased
• Legitimate interest: to follow up on enquiries and improve our services
• Legal obligation: where we are required to retain records by law

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our platform. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Anthropic — AI language model powering the MO Assistant chat
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure
• Voyage AI — document embeddings for the knowledge base

All data processors are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

6. Data Retention

• Enquiry and contact form data is retained for 3 years or until you request deletion
• Student Hub account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 1 year after closure
• AI chat transcripts captured as leads are retained for 1 year
• Usage and analytics data is retained for 12 months on a rolling basis

7. Your Rights (POPIA)

Under POPIA, you have the right to:

• Know whether we hold personal information about you
• Request access to your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Object to the processing of your personal information
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication (Supabase session cookies) and performance analytics (Vercel Analytics). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from logging into the Student Hub.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls limiting which staff can view personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
