Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MO Integrations website (mointegrations.co.za), Student Hub, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MO Integrations (Pty) Ltd (Reg: 2013/004784/07), a company registered in South Africa with its registered office at 1st Floor, 61 Katherine Street, Sandton, 2196.

2. Services

MO Integrations provides:

• IT certification training courses (Oracle, Microsoft, CompTIA, CertNexus, PECB) delivered in-person, virtually, and on-site
• ICT consulting services for enterprise clients
• A Student Hub platform providing flashcard tools, practice exams, study planning, and AI-powered learning assistance
• Corporate training programmes and custom curriculum delivery

3. Student Hub Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for a Student Hub account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Access to course materials and tools within the Student Hub is contingent on a valid enrolment. Enrolment is managed by MO Integrations staff.
• You may not share your account credentials with any other person.
• MO Integrations reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Training Courses and Enrolment

• Course fees, schedules, and delivery formats are confirmed at the time of enrolment.
• Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to info@mointegrations.com at least 5 business days before the course commencement date.
• MO Integrations reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to insufficient enrolments or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, affected delegates will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
• Certification exam outcomes are the sole responsibility of the delegate. MO Integrations does not guarantee exam pass rates, although we maintain a 95% first-attempt pass rate across our programmes.

5. Payment and Refunds

• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due prior to course commencement unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• Refunds for cancellations made within 5 business days of the course start date will not be issued. Credit towards a future course may be offered at MO Integrations' discretion.
• Refunds for cancellations made with more than 5 business days' notice will be processed within 10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, cheat sheets, flashcard content, and AI-generated study tools created by MO Integrations remain the intellectual property of MO Integrations (Pty) Ltd.
• You may use course materials for your personal study only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publish any course content without prior written consent.
• Flashcard decks and study notes you create personally within the Student Hub remain your own property.

7. AI-Powered Features

The Student Hub includes AI-powered tools (AskMO assistant, flashcard generator, quiz generator, and study planner). By using these features:

• You understand that AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole source of exam preparation.
• You agree not to use AI chat features to attempt to extract harmful, illegal, or confidential information.
• Conversations with the MO Assistant may be stored and reviewed by MO Integrations staff to improve service quality.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate MO Integrations, its staff, or other users

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, MO Integrations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to exam failure, loss of employment opportunity, or data loss. Our total liability in any matter related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
